Myanmar violence is "scary", says the UNHCR head

United Nations refugee general Philip Grandi has described himself as terrifying, ethnic tribal violence against hundreds of thousands of Muslims in the minority of Rohingya, running to Myanmar and hunting neighboring Bangladesh.

Grandi told reporters after visiting Rohingya refugee camps in south-east Bangladesh, that the stories he heard about violence were frightening and hurtful. Almost four hundred and 30 thousand Muslims of Rohingya have fled many Myanmar Buddhists since the war broke out in the war that led to the burning of whole villages in Rakhine, Myanmar. Grandi, who arrived in Bangladesh on Saturday, spoke to several Warohingya people who needed accommodation, food and medicine because most of them still live outside the district bordering Myanmar.
