Tanzanian Model Hamisa Hassan Mobetto has filed a case of parental claim, artist Naseeb Abdul Diamond platnumz on charges of failing to apologize for his child's care, Abdul Naseeb Juma..Diamond's call has been presented by Hamisa mobetto lawyers, Abdullah Zulu and Walter Godluck from the Century Attorneys Board of Directors..In the call Diamond is alleged to disgrace her and neglect her child's use for about two months..A lawyer Zulu speaking to the Mwananchi magazine, said their client Hamisa Mobetto sent Diamond notice to appeal to her and asked her to give her baby care within seven days.."After seeing silent we sent a case to the Kisuku Court of Dar es Salaam and today (Thursday) we have been given a letter of appeal and already the lawyer of the musician has received it," he said..The case is expected to be reported on October 30, 2017 at the Kisutu Resident Magistrate's Court in Dar es Salaam
