The mayor of Ubungo (Chadema), Boniface Jacob, said that tomorrow he would arrive at the Office of the Public Service Ethics Secretariat to discuss his or her request for a certificate against the Dar es Salaam Regional Director.
Speaking today Wednesday, Jacob said last week he received a letter from the secretariat telling him that this week they were working on his advice.
"They want me to say some of the things I've been talking about and I'm going to give you some definitions, but it's basically something new, that is, if my suspect is certified, he has agreed."
Jacob said he left the interview with the Secretariat of Ethics to talk to the media on the matter about condemning certificates and four other complaints.
In addition, he said he would discuss the incidents and threats in completing the case.
"The dissatisfaction with the conduct of this counsel is being carried out by delays and extremely secrecy."
