EU leaders approve preparations of Brexit

European Union leaders have agreed to start preparatory discussions on the relationship between the region and Britain after Brexit, despite insisting that there are no significant steps involved in the negotiations.
President of the European Council Donald Tusk said in Twita's message that the 27 regional leaders meeting in Brussels agreed to set up business negotiations, after German chancellor Angela Merkel said earlier that despite delays in negotiations, there is hope to achieve final agreement.A written statement approved by the leaders said the European Union would delay the decision on introducing another negotiation point until the upcoming summit in December, but agreed to initiate internal negotiations on business and transitional transactions.A slow negotiation, especially in Britain's financial obligations, prompted the fear that the country could leave the European Union in March 2019 without agreement, thus creating a risk of legal and economic collapse.
Merkel, the most powerful leader in the European Union, has insisted that he did not want that to happen, and to admit that he wants it is a clear agreement and not just an unpredictable solution, emphasizing, but, that the UK needs to fulfill its financial obligations."We hope that in December we will have taken steps to enable the second phase to start, but that depends on how long the UK will reach so that we can say that it is sufficient for the first phase issues," said Merkel, adding that in this case, Money is the most important.'No soldier'British Prime Minister Theresa May joined a 27-year-old delegation for professional breakfast on the future of the European Union, before leaving the opportunity to talk about Brexit's circulatory situation. The European Union agrees that among the three main issues of separation, the issue of civilian rights has taken action but the issues of increasing controversy continue to be cash withdrawal payments from the Northern Ireland and Irish border.President of the European Union's chief Justice Jean-Claude Juncker, who earlier said it would be a miracle to continue the negotiations at the current meeting, said on Friday that he would not believe there would be a miracle. The European Union Round has said the start of preparations on business negotiations guidelines will save time if the political decision will be taken forward in December.Belgium EU-Gipfel Jean-Claude JunckerPresident of the European Union High Commissioner Jean-Claude Juncker says he does not see a miracle occurring in accelerating Brexit's talks. The relationship between the EU and TurkeyThe conference also discussed the relationship between the European Union and Turkey, where leaders have asked the Central Council to consider how to minimize or transfer funding donated to Turkey as part of its request to be a member of the unity. The European Union promised to pay Turkey an amount of 4.45 billion euros between 2014 and 2020 as a part of the debate for the unity. The funds are aimed at helping Turkey to improve the rule of law according to the criteria for unity.Talks about the joining of Turkey and the European Union as well as expanding the customs union between the EU and Turkey have collapsed while diplomatic relations are becoming increasingly cold.
