The High Court in Kenya has filed a case of emergency protest to be held tomorrow

The High Court in Kenya, hears the emergency case submitted on Tuesday by three polls, demanding a presidential election scheduled for tomorrow a postponement of ninety days.

The polls say the political environment in Kenya is not a friend to facilitate the election of free and fair elections.

Their lawyer Harun Ndumbi said he believes in the court will give them victory.

"This election can not be made free and fair because of the bad environment, we want the Supreme Court to inspire this election for ninety days," said Harun Ndumbi.

Chief Justice David Maraga agreed to hear the case and instruct other judges to hear all the cases about Election today, although today is a day of rest.

This case has raised concerns in the country about the future Election Fate.

Opposition leader Raila Odinga is waiting for their leader's announcement with the Jubilee supporters saying they are ready to vote.

At another point, Chairman of the Electoral Commission Wafula Chebukati, has appointed Consolata Maina as Deputy Presidential Electoral Officer, a selection that has led to diversification.

But defender and driver of Kenya's Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu was kidnapped by anonymous and shotdog in Nairobi.

The incident took place after the defendant sent home Deputy Chief Justice, who was also a judge in the High Court.

Security Minister Fred Matiang'i said the investigation continued to identify those who were implementing the attack but assured the Court staff and especially the judges that they were safe.
