Same district in Kilimanjaro , is experiencing a shortage of teachers that causes students to exchange Sh10,000 per month for additional subjects. Among the most affected schools are Primary Rocks and Nguyen Primary School. Chief Mamba Primary School, Solomon Langeni said they have already submitted a complaint to the relevant departments but no implementation. "This challenge is great for us who live in the mountains but our colleagues in the city have many teachers," said Langeni Teacher. Commenting on the matter yesterday, East Same MP, Naghenjwa Kaboyoka (pican) said the district has a substantial shortage of primary school and secondary school teachers. He said Primary School has three teachers with over 400 students and Ngujini has two teachers and more than 300 students.
