Kenyans are voting on Thursday in a new presidential election, which is raped by opposition, which will undoubtedly give President Uhuru Kenyatta a victory, but has decreased authority due to minor participation and deficiencies throughout the process, which the judges and the electoral commission have already acknowledged leading to legal challenges.
Addressing his supporters in the center of Nairobi, opposition leader Raila Odinga said he would not participate in the new election because of the failure to change the electoral commission commissioners after the high court dissolved the outcome of the presidential election held in August.
A decade since 1,200 people were killed in another controversial election, many Kenyans have been preparing for the possibility of another violence. Odinga urged his followers to stay at home and to deal with the police.

Opposition leader Raila Odinga has urged his supporters to appeal to the repatriation election to argue that its demands for reform in IEB have not been implemented.
NASA has become a rebellious propaganda
"What are we doing tomorrow, not participating in any of these fake elections, second, persuade your friends, neighbors and each other to not participate." Avoid voting stations and stay home, "Odinga said in Nairobi on Wednesday, adding that" from today we are changing the NASA coalition and becoming a criticism of opposition. "
In the Odinga castles, such as the western Kenyan town of Kisumu, there were no signs of the creation of polling stations, and few seemingly detained officials in the hall.
An electoral officer identified himself as the 26-year-old Evans, symbolizing the outdoors of the jet and the poll box and the suicide.
Of the 400 electoral officers expected to report at work at Kisumu's Lion's High School, only 19 emerged. The drivers who had to send them back and back from the terminals also failed to occur.
NASA's Odinga Union, accused of assaulting electoral elections, is expected to use the criterion as evidence that the new election, organized under 60 days is invalid and false.
Chairman of the election commissioner Chefula Chebukati said last week that he could not guarantee independent and fair elections, giving reasons for political intervention by politicians and threats of violence against the commission officials.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has encouraged Kenyans to volunteer to vote in order to protect their country's democracy.
One commission commissioner resigned and escaped in fear of his security. During his meeting yesterday, Odinga said he would continue to pressure another election under a new commission within 90 days.
Kenyatta call for Kenyans
On the other hand, President Uhuru Kenyatta, the son of the first president of the nation, has made it clear that he is viewing today's election as legitimate.Addressing the nation last year, Kenyatta urged Kenyans to appear actively in the polls.
"If we do so we will be rewarded with solid democracy and a dignified position in the world, and we will be happy with the recognition we as Kenyans deserve."
This election is closely monitored throughout the East African region, which relies on Kenya as the center of trade and transportation, and in Western states, which view Kenya as an important partner in the fight against Islamic fighters in Somalia, and the crisis itself themselves in South Sudan.
