New York City mayor, Bill De Blasio, reported that eight people have died and more than 12 people have been injured by a car passenger bus driver in the city.
Bill described the incident as terrorism in the form of terrorism and terrorism in the city.
New York City Commissioner James O'Neill told the person involved in the event that he was a twenty-nine-year-old boy who was driving a small car to carry his cargo.
