Mr Odinga urgedd his supporters to not approach the voting centers, and probably stay in their home.
He said the administration might use the opportunity to shed more blood.
Mr Odinga called on Kenyans to disagree with ethnic divisions.
Kenyans are suffering from bad governance regardless of their ethnic groups.
The leader said the polls that will be held tomorrow will not be legitimate and will only be the continuing "revolution" which started with the election of 8 August.
