Bongo Fleva musician Khalid Mohamed, known as T.I.D, has announced the intention of contesting parliamentary parliament of Kinondoni, in the upcoming election scheduled to be held in 2020, and dismissing the current parliamentary candidate Maulid Mtulia.
Speaking at East Africa's breakfast show at East Africa Radio, TID has said the cause for pushing the position is due to the current parliamentary failure to fulfill its demands, so he will use the opportunity to ensure that he is relieved by 2020, since he is well aware of the problems of Kinondoni because of being a native of that place.
Continuing to discuss the matter, TID said he would be given a guarantee to lead the province, making sure he resolves all the problems facing the people of Kinondoni, including the tragedy of drug abuse.
